1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PayTrack ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PayTrack provides a cloud-based payroll and HR management platform designed for UK businesses. Our services include but are not limited to payroll processing, employee management, time tracking, leave management, and compliance reporting.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

PayTrack offers subscription-based services. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.

5. Trial Period

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to all features of your selected plan. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

6. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Compliance

PayTrack is designed to comply with HMRC requirements for payroll reporting. However, you remain responsible for ensuring your payroll data is accurate and submitted on time. We do not accept liability for penalties resulting from incorrect or late submissions caused by user error.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
